Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site assessments to evaluate existing boiler systems and repair needs
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, subcontractor services, and equipment
- Review job specifications and identify risks, code requirements, and safety considerations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and customer communication
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of estimating experience (boiler repair or mechanical contracting preferred)
- Hands-on background in boiler installation, repair, or maintenance
- Strong understanding of fuel systems (oil, gas, dual-fuel) and combustion equipment
- Knowledge of steel and cast-iron boilers, piping systems, and related components
- Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes, plus local building and safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
