We have partnered with a well-established surface restoration company serving Central and South New Jersey that is seeking an experienced Tile and Grout Restoration Technician to join its growing team. This organization specializes in the professional restoration of tile, grout, and stone, consistently delivering top-quality results along with outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Tile & Grout Cleaning: Use high-grade equipment and solutions to restore tile and grout surfaces.
- Grout Color Sealing: Apply sealants for uniform finish and long-term protection.
- Minor Tile & Grout Repairs: Replace or fix cracked tiles and damaged grout lines.
- Surface Assessments: Evaluate and recommend appropriate restoration or maintenance plans.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment for safe and effective use.
Background Needed:
- Prior experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, or repair
- Stone restoration experience is a plus!
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
