Plumbing Foreman – Immediate Opening
We are partnering with a well-established commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing & heating company known for exceptional service and customer care. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee jobsite activities based on approved drawings and specifications
- Effectively manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines
- Identify contract variations and communicate with the Project Manager
- Troubleshoot challenges and provide field solutions
- Set daily/weekly production goals and track performance
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct weekly Toolbox Talks
- Verify Quality Control Guidelines and submittal accuracy
- Complete required reports, logs, mark-ups, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Journeyman’s License (City of Reading Journeyman License preferred)
- 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience managing commercial plumbing projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Proficient with tablets, laptops, and jobsite apps/technology
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
