Parts Coordinator – Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and log service calls in ESC software
- Receive, label, and organize stock items
- Maintain orderly and accessible storage of parts
- Conduct inventory twice per month
- Process returns for defective, warranty, or unneeded parts
- Monitor pending parts orders and follow up as needed
- Order parts for scheduled jobs and complete purchase orders
- Operate forklift (not required but a plus)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
